We Remembered



Thanks to the Seneca Student Federation for the lovely Remembrance Day ceremony last week. The event was emceed by student Andria Decarolis and the piper was Katherine McManus from Aurora.

Very well done and nice initiative. For future consideration, I discovered that there is an appropriate way to dispose the poppies after the ceremony. This should be investigated and educate the population so that we may all know what is proper. On another note, some individuals need to be reminded that when the National Anthem is played, it does not matter what country, hats should be removed in respect. Job well done students.
